Thanks for the Birthday Wishes, I met Elder Stevenson

Here is what I did for my birthday! Hi everyone hope you are having an amazing week!
Last week in review !

Last week was my birthday and it felt so weird because the whole day I didn't think of it until my companion said some thing about it. Thanks for all the happy Birthday wishes, I really appreciate it.
We went to Brigham Young's home and we took a took a tour it was my companion's first time there and it went really well.

We went out to eat on P-day and we spent so much time that we didn't have time to email when we came home and I felt really bad

Now for this week it's been a miraculous week, well first thing we were just waiting for people to come into the visitor center and all of sudden, Elder Stevenson walks in? We were like what ? And then he came with Elder Soares of the Seventies.  It was super cool and neat to talk to him.
They gave talks and they were super dooper good! He talked about simply inviting people leads to teaching repentance and how we can build our lesson around a commitment it was fascinating to hear it from his perspective.
I am grateful for all the invitations and fellowshipping I received that helped me to build my testimony.

Another miracle that also happened is that a boy I have been teaching almost my whole mission finally got permission from his mom to be baptized, wow it had been a long awaited moment. We have it  this Friday and I was so excited for him. He is on 13 years old but there is a lot of maturity and a love of the Savior Jesus Christ that you can see through him.

We also gave a talk to Sunday in sacrament meeting.  The talk was about the plan of salvation and gratitude, wow I remember when I was pretty new in the field, every time I have to talk I get super nervous but now I still get nervous but I am use to speaking to a large group of people and we are always talking so now I just worry that I say something that touches someone's heart.

I don't know if many of you have gotten a chance to see the new Christmas initiative Light the World yet ? If you haven't I highly recommend it and invite you to be a miracle in someone's life this Christmas. I know that one of my favorite Christmas I remember is when someone did something so little and it had a huge impact in my life.  GO On And Light TheWorld

Our Mission is starting a Book of Mormon read challenge and we get to read the book of Mormon in our native language for a period of 68 days and we highlight every reference of the Savior it has. I am super excited for it and I am reading it in French for my first time and it is interesting to view it in a different translation.

It's my favorite time of the year ! Love you all
Happy Holiday( I don't know if am allowed to say that yet) :)
