Image
Well first and foremost happy Father's day to all the fathers out there and I just Want to say How grateful I am to have a father and for all he has taught me, helped me and for all he continues to do.  Happy Fathers day.  Well I will like to start by saying it has been a hot week. I do not know how I have been surviving in this 100 degrees plus weather everyday. Yesterday I went to a lot of sacrament meetings and since it is Utah, and we are in charge of the whole stake there is a lot of sacrament meetings to attend. I was able to attend relief society which was the first time in a while. It was great because we had an investigator with us and it was amazing. Also I forgot to say last week I gave my first French bus tour in the visitor center.  It was kind of scary at first but it went great. They had a lot of questions afterwards, but the cool thing is when you give your answers it feels great speaking another language.  Another interesting thi...

First week in the Field!

Best of both worlds.  First week out in the field. Well my companion is Sister S she is from a small town called Burns Oregon.  She's very cute and kind, she is the best trainer I could possibly ask for. It has been great with lots of sunshine. The sun is too much for me it gets to like 100 and something degrees and I feel like I am in an oven. Well we get the best of both world in a sense that people come to us in the visitor center and we go look for people also. It has been hard so far but Heavenly Father has been providing for us.  I had to bear my testimony so many times and attend a lot of sacrament meeting and meeting ...

Last Week in the MTC

Well the last 3 weeks, the one thing they have in common is tiredness and the spirit. My last week at the MTC was great, for some reason I thought I will never leave the MTC.   All my roommates left and I was the only one left. I always thought about the people that had to be there for 9 weeks so it made me feel grateful. The food was very fatening it was definitely one of those things I was not going to miss. But the people I am definitely going to miss.  It is amazing how you can build strong relationships with people in just a short time. My last week companion was Sister K and she was from France and finally my opportunity to speak French. All my classes were in english and until Sister K finally helped me practice my french it was a lot of fun and a lot of learning. I went to temple Square my last week and it felt so strange because I have been in the same place for a while, it was good to go get some fresh air. I did a day with the sisters at Salt Lake and...
